How to reach us
Our support channel is WhatsApp +55 51 9013-5494. Use the button above to open a conversation with the New Era Astrology team. The Year Map brings together the calculation of your solar return and the interpretations written by Luísa Crippa.
Help with your purchase
If you paid and could not open your Year Map, download the PDF or use the Year Map as a gift, tell us what happened and give us the email used for the purchase. If you have it, send the payment reference. Do not send your password, access code, full card number or security code.
Before buying, you can also ask what is included, how the free first impression works and how payment works. Cancellation or refund requests can be sent through the same channel for the team to review.
Your account and your data
To correct information, ask for clarification about how your data is used or request the deletion of your account, talk to the team through the channel above. We may need to confirm that the account belongs to you before handling the request.
